Mila Kunis has placed #34 on the 2012 PopSugar 100 List!

Mila Kunis’s star continued to rise this year. Mila teamed up with Justin Timberlake in Friends With Benefits and worked with Mark Wahlberg on this Summer’s Ted. She also shot the highly anticipated Oz: The Great and Powerful and is currently filming Blood Ties.

Away from big-screen projects, Mila became the face of Christian Dior’s Miss Dior bag line. After splitting from longtime love Macaulay Culkin, Mila was briefly linked to her former That ’70s Show costar Ashton Kutcher. She’s denied any romance, but certainly brought one serviceman as a date to this year’s Marine Corps birthday ball.

Last year Mila Kunis melted the hearts of millions of Americans when she accepted a YouTube invitation to accompany Sgt. Scott Moore, of the 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan to his Marine Ball in North Carolina.

And it turns out that this wasn’t just a one-night only gesture.

“We are still in contact,” she told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column at the premiere of her new raunchy comedy, “Ted.” “We e-mail back and forth, and spoke on the phone about a month-and-a-half ago.”

How sweet.

And no doubt Kunis will continue to build her fan base with her forthcoming role as Mark Wahlberg’s lover in “Ted.” There’s just one (kind of big) problem in their blossoming romance – he can’t move on from his beloved talking yet highly inappropriate teddy bear, which came to life as a result of a childhood wish.

But it apparently takes a lot to make this 28-year-old screen star wince.

“I was always surrounded by very obnoxious, dry people. My dad included, my dad has the dryest sense of humor of anyone I know. When I was little, he made sure that I was going to have a strong back bone and it developed the sense of humor in me,” Kunis continued. “Plus being on ‘That 70’s Show’ for eight years and being on ‘Family Guy’ for twelve or thirteen, it definitely makes you immune to being offended.”

And while the Ukrainian-born actress spent her own childhood days playing with little friends, they weren’t quite as cute and floppy as the eponymous “Ted.”

“I had a rodent – welcome to communist Russia,” she recalled. “And then a crocodile, which had an accordion and he sang.”

Posted on Jun 2nd, 2012 by Jennifer • Filed In: Jupiter Ascending,News

The problem with getting inside information on a Wachowski Siblings film is that you never feel quite sure that your sources aren’t playing with you. So outlandish and crazy are the plots, you are forced to ask, again and again, “You’re … you’re messing with me, right?”

But we were assured, repeatedly, that this is not the case when it comes to the description of Jupiter Ascending that has just been shared with us.

So, what is the heretofore clandestine Jupiter Ascending about? Imagine a universe in which “human beings are just the Cro-Magnons, or even the Australopithecines, of what beings can ultimately go on to become in the galaxy,” explains our source, before adding, “It’s a return to form for [the Wachowskis], because these higher forms of life are watching us from other, albeit this time non-meta worlds, but actual, other worlds, as in planets and moons.”

Our spy says the film, which has yet to begin shooting and is supposed to be the first entry in a trilogy, centers on an unlikely (and as with The Matrix, ultimately reluctant) heroine: A recent Russian immigrant — played by actual Ukrainian immigrant Mila Kunis — who is busily scrubbing toilets for a living. Unbeknownst to her, she actually possesses the same perfect genetic makeup as the Queen of the Universe and is therefore a threat to her otherwise immortal rule.

(Here, we wanted to stop our source and note that this film has already been made and released this year: It was called Mirror Mirror, and it didn’t quite pan out, but things were getting so crazy, we didn’t want to interrupt.)

These evolved beings fall into various different groups, all of which share some human DNA but who have become evolved after being bred with animal DNA to heighten their best characteristics — e.g., soldiers getting their fearlessness, strength, and a pack mentality from wolves; workers getting their industriousness and reputation for diligence from bees.

Pretty soon, a bounty hunter of the evolved-being type is dispatched to dispose of the Cleaning Lady with the Great Pair of Nucloetides, but, as you’d expect with a Matrix re-dux, they fall in love. (Here again, we wanted to point out that this movie has also already been made, and that it is called Snow White and the Huntsman, but again, we didn’t want to interrupt.) And for having fallen for his target, the bounty hunter — who we hear will be played by Channing Tatum — well, let’s just say that things get messy after that, because his employers take a-less-than-enlightened-being reaction to his decision to protect rather than kill her.

We also hear that an offer may soon be going out to Joseph Gordon-Levitt, though in what role we have no (Earthly) idea.

Posted on May 19th, 2012 by Jennifer • Filed In: News,The Angriest Man in Brooklyn

You have 90 minutes left to live, what do you do? That’s the premise of The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, a new screenplay from Daniel Tapitz (Red Dog) to be directed by Phil Alden Robinson (The Sum of All Fears). The picture centers on the fallout after a stand-in doctor mistakenly tells an obnoxious patient that he has an hour-and-a-half left to live. While the patient goes on a tirade in New York City, attempting to right all the wrongs in his life, the doctor tries in vain to track him down. The high concept comedy stars Robin Williams, Mila Kunis and Peter Dinklage, and has also snared Melissa Leo and James Earl Jones. The Angriest Man in Brooklyn is set to start filming this September in Brooklyn.

Williams, Kunis and Dinklage are all attached to star in The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, a picture that Mark Lindsay of Cargo Entertainment is currently shopping to Cannes buyers. Though no specific roles have yet to be assigned, I’m going to go ahead and peg Kunis as the stand-in doctor and Williams as the title role, which I think suits him best. Bob Cooper of production company, Landscape Entertainment, had this to say:
“This comedy has a unique big idea, it is universal [and] the talent of Robin, Mila, Peter, Melissa, James Earl and Phil Alden directing is a great recipe for a very special film.”

The director also chimed in, saying:

“When I read Dan Taplitz’s amazing screenplay I laughed and cried until I realized that I wanted so much to see this film that I was actually eager to spend a few years of my life getting it made.”

Finally, a comment from the frenetic Mr. Williams himself:

“I read the script and said, ‘wow!’ I love the fact that it’s so fun and honest. The idea of being that nasty and funny is a gift.”

Mila Kunis has placed #9 on FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women In The World list for 2012!

2012 POSITION: 09
2011 POSITION: 16

WINNER OF THE SEXY OSCAR
If you are in any way troubled by Miss Kunis’s elevated position this year, allow us to refer you to the loopy film Black Swan, in which she diddles Natalie Portman into delirium. Watch it, then come back and we’ll talk.

Kunis is sensationally hot, sensationally funny (she’s the voice of Meg in Family Guy), harder than us (she’s trained in guns, boxing and martial arts), the flawless face of Christian Dior and more than happy to date normal blokes – she enjoyed a night out with a marine last year, after he propositioned her via YouTube. If she didn’t exist, we’d have to invent her.
